  1. How long will it take to receive my order?

    Free shipping is by registered airmail, except for Canada and Chile, see below. We usually ship the same day if the order is received before 6am (Thai time) or the next business day. It takes one day for your order to reach the international airport in Bangkok. It is then queued. Only express shipping departs on the soonest available flight. If you want express shipping then you have to pay for it. Approximate shipping times: UK, New Zealand, Greece, Australia & USA 14 to 24 days. Russia can be very fast or very slow. It seems to depend on their customs clearance. Japan, Sweden, Norway and Denmark are very quick, about 6 days. Gibraltar and Malta are very slow. Please note that you must sign for your order. If you are not home when your postal service attempts to deliver then they will leave a notice in your mail box advising that you must pick up your parcel in person. Please note that the period after Christmas and New Year is the slowest time of the year for mail.

    Canada: Shipping to Canada is by DHL e-packet. There is a small surcharge for this service and it is calculated by weight. For example, a single carb kit would be 100 Thai Baht extra charge. You can contact us to get an exact price for this charge. Your order will be sent by DHL to Canada and tracking is available only to the point that it arrives in Canada. After that it will be passed to the local mail service and there will be no further tracking.

    Chile: Shipping to Chile is by DHL e-packet. Full tracking is available and there is a small surcharge for this service (calculated by weight). For example, a single carb kit would be 100 Thai Baht extra charge. You can contact us to get an exact shipping price for your order.

  2. Can I track my order?

    Free shipping is by registered airmail. Most countries enable tracking of inbound registered mail, so you will have full tracking to your door. Australia does not, so tracking will cease at the outbound section of Bangkok international airport. Lately NZ shipments only track to arrival in NZ. Shipments to the UK and USA usually show full tracking. Ireland will show full tracking if the package flies direct to Ireland, or if it goes via the UK it will only show as arrived in GBLALA (international mail centre UK).   3. Can I request express mail?

    Yes we can ship by FedEx or EMS. You must pay for this service. It is NOT free. FedEX is cheaper than EMS. Please email us if you would like prices for these options.

    All prices are in Thai Baht and are subject to change without notice.

    As an example, if the customer is in the UK and wishes to calculate shipping for a single carb kit then it can be sent by FedEx Envelope, so lookup "United Kingdom" in the zoning rate table and you will see that the UK is Zone F. A single order will weigh less than 0.5kg so the shipping cost will be 1231 Thai Baht plus extra charges like fuel tax.


  4. I placed my order. When will I receive confirmation?

    We usually ship within one business day of receiving your order. A confirmation email is sent at that time. If you have not received it then please check your spam folder as email from Asia is often treated as spam. Please email us directly if you have not received your confirmation. Return Policy



  1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LiteTek. If for any reason you are unhappy, please contact us.
  2. You may return all products within 30 days of delivery.
  3. We aim to process all requests within 72 hours upon receiving. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Should you have any questions about the status of your refund, your return or your account, please feel free to contact us
  4. At this time, LiteTek cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to LiteTek. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
